Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
GrowInvoice AI is operated by Ontario Grow Media. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service only for documents and data you are permitted to process. You are responsible for activity under your account and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not attempt to access another user’s records, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
Plans, trial, and billing
Trial and paid-plan features, limits, and prices are shown in the service when offered. New Home subscriptions are presented at CA$2.99 per month with up to 100 shared invoices per billing period, one Household Workspace and two users total. New Direct Business subscriptions are presented at CA$15.99 per month with up to 1,500 shared invoices per billing period. AI Ask has a shared monthly allowance shown in the workspace. Existing subscription terms remain applicable until an agreed change. Trial access is currently presented as 30 days and up to 100 invoices. Limits and availability may change prospectively with notice where required.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew according to the checkout terms until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added. Cancellation and any refund are governed by the terms displayed at checkout and applicable law. A manually granted or demonstration account may not have Stripe billing attached.
AI results and records
Invoice extraction, tax breakdowns, flags, and summaries are generated with automated tools and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are aids for review, not accounting, tax, legal, or audit advice, and are not a determination of CRA compliance. Check extracted values against the original document before relying on or exporting them.
You remain responsible for maintaining complete business and tax records. CRA recordkeeping rules generally require relevant records to be retained for six years from the end of the last tax year to which they relate, subject to exceptions and CRA directions. Keep original documents and your own backups; the service is not a guaranteed archival repository.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will provide notice where required by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ontario Grow Media is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or decisions made using unverified automated output. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, changes, and contact
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
